Welcome to my “How I Work” page. Here, I’ll provide insight into my approach as a trained counsellor and how I can support you on your journey towards healing, growth, and personal development.
I am an online Counsellor and how that process works is a very straightforward 3 step process:
Step 1 – We agree on an appointment time and date.
Step 2 – I send you a Zoom link by email.
Step 3 – At your appointment time you simply click on the link and I will be waiting for you in the private online counselling room.
